- Transaction charged but credits not added.
- Technical failure from our side.
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with results or used credits.
3. Refund Process
Email info@elura.studio within 7 days of payment with your details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation
As the service is digital and instant, cancellations are not possible once credits are used.
5. No Guarantee Clause
AI-generated results depend on third-party tools, image quality, and lighting. We do not guarantee specific visual outcomes.
