Elura Studio provides an AI-powered virtual try-on experience for personal use.
3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email and maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Use of Service
- No offensive, illegal, or commercial misuse.
- No reverse engineering or interference.
5. Payments
Free plan includes 3 try-ons. Paid plans (Starter, Premium) are non-refundable once used. Payments processed securely via Razorpay.
6. Intellectual Property
All Elura Studio content and AI models are proprietary.
7. Photo Ownership
Users own their uploaded photos. Elura temporarily processes them for generating try-ons only.
8. Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is.” Results may vary depending on image quality and lighting.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limited to last payment amount.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
